Greenies picked up this week...

Here are some things we heard about this week you might want to check out:

Clearn Air Travel
Go to www.pb-travel.com to find out about a gizmo that will purify the air you breathe on planes. It attaches to the overhead air supplier and, apparently removes germs and viruses from the aero-air.
Easy to install. About $20.

Georgia Peaches at Whole Foods Now!
All Atlanta- area stores will have tree-ripened, orchard-packed peaches this week and, even better, they are Georgia grown. The peaches are allowed to ripen on the trees, are packed in the orchard in one layer only, and come to the stores with fuzz-on. This process of minimal handling gives the consumer peach-stand fresh fruit. The "Flavor Rich" peach from Fort Valley comes from Lane Orchards, a fourth generation family operation that farms over 2,500 acres of peach trees and 2000 acres of pecans.

Georgia Organics
Those interested in eating local, healthy foods, should visit the Georgia Organics website to find out more about their goals and mission.
Local foods, sustainable farms and healthy people – those are the primary goals of Georgia Organics in redefining a food production system that benefits farmers, consumers and the environment. Georgia Organics is a nonprofit membership organization whose mission embraces the following objectives:
