Georgia's First "Green" Restaurant

My Panini, Georgia’s first “green restaurant,” is now open at Lindbergh City Center on Piedmont Road. The eatery serves classic paninis, salads, organic coffees and more. My Panini earned its “green” designation from the Green Restaurant Association by using non-disposable plates and flatware, packing to-go orders with biodegradable flatware, cups, napkins, bags and boxes (which are also bleach free) made from corn and a compostable sugar cane fiber. The restaurant was also designed green, using energy-efficient appliances, soy-based soaps and cleaners and using recycled paper and soy-based ink for menus. My Panini is offering lunch, dinner and catering. Visit www.bestpanini.com for more information.
