Green Gables Century Now Leasing

Gables Residential recently completed the development of Green Gables Century, 355 environmentally responsible and upscale residential units built in accordance with the green principles of Earth Craft and ENERGY STAR.

The community features a salt water resort-style pool, state-of-the-art club-level fitness center, cafĂ© mezzanine, wireless business center, jogging trail, recycling center, direct access parking garage, elevators, five courtyards with water features, and trellised BBQ grill areas. Valet trash and wash-dry-fold laundry services are available on site. 

Residences come standard with 9-foot ceilings, crown molding throughout, stainless finish appliances, granite countertops, intrusion alarms, and built-in desks and bookshelves. Green Gables Century offers 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans. The one-bedroom units range from 624 to 1,092 square feet. Two-bedroom units range from 1,170 to 1,386 square feet. Monthly rent will range from approximately $920 to $1,369 for one bedroom units and $1,514 to 1,648 for two bedroom units. 

The environmentally sustainable and upscale community is located in the heart of Atlanta's Century Center business district near downtown Atlanta, with easy access to I-85 and minutes from Brookhaven, Buckhead, Druid Hills, and Midtown Directions from downtown Atlanta: Take I-85 north to Exit 91 and turn left on Clairmont Rd. Turn right on Century Blvd., then left onto Century Circle to find Gables Century Center.
