Natura Water Comes To Hotels

Natura Water is now a supplier to hotel companies including Hyatt, Kimpton, Four Seasons, Marriott and Hilton. Inspired by European design, Natura Water created and developed a proprietary high-tech system. It is the only one of its kind to use both high-grade carbon filters and UV technology and is now the leading water purification system available in the U.S.

Natura uses local water sources, but eliminates impurities such as chlorine, distasteful metals, sediment and bacteria that can be found there. The healthy purified water tastes great and is refreshing ambient or chilled. Natura also offers options for sparkling water, all without the need to store, refrigerate or dispose of plastic or glass bottles and containers. Natura includes distinctive glass bottles designed for wash and reuse for serving the water. Natura is based in Los Angeles and New York and was founded by Marco De Plano and Giancarlo Fantappie’ in 2005.

“We want to be known as the number one choice for hotels and the water for the hotel market,” said De Plano. “Considering the growing awareness of environmental impacts our choices have and the need for new efficiencies -- businesses and consumers are looking for sustainable approaches that bring both economical and environmental value to their purchases.”

It is great that we finally get rid of bottled water. I have seen a luxury version of this concept in French Laundry and Le-Bernardin with supposedly a taste that beats anything shipped from Fiji, France or Norway... it is called Nordaq Fresh. Great idea!
